The West Cork Athletics region organizes a number of events over the summer months, these are called “Summer Leagues” and take place at 7pm.
The main objective of these is for our younger athletes to have fun while competing in athletics.
The field events held during at the leagues will depend on the host club but for every age group on the night there will always be a sprint, a long race and one field event, plus a relay.
The relays are not club teams but teams selected by the organisers on the night to try to select balanced teams to give all participants a fair chance.
Remember the main objective is to have fun for all!

- 1st Leg June 10th 7pm Dohneys AC – events for u9, u11, u13, u15
- 2nd Leg June 24th 7pm Bandon AC – events of u10, u12, u14, u16
- 3rd Leg July 8th 7pm Skibbereen AC – events for u9, u11, u13, u15
